The $35 Free Shipping Policy
Phi Naturals maintains a straightforward shipping policy for its customers. The company provides free standard shipping on any order that exceeds $35. This threshold is a fixed value that applies across their product catalog. It is not based on the weight of the items or the specific category of the supplement. Instead, it is a simple monetary value that you must reach in your shopping cart.
How the Threshold Works
Ashwagandha Capsule Pricing
The Ashwagandha Organic Herbal Supplement is priced at $14.99 per bottle. Each bottle contains 90 capsules, which provides 30 servings. The product is formulated with 100% certified organic Ashwagandha root extract. It is manufactured in the USA at an FDA-registered facility. The price point is competitive within the market for organic adaptogens. This specific pricing structure is central to calculating your free shipping eligibility.
Bulk Discount Tiers
Phi Naturals offers volume discounts for customers who purchase multiple bottles. Buying two bottles earns a 10% discount. Buying three bottles earns a 15% discount. Buying four bottles earns a 20% discount. Buying five or more bottles earns a 25% discount. These discounts reduce the total cost of your order. However, even with the 15% discount on three bottles, the total price remains above the $35 free shipping threshold. This ensures that most bulk buyers qualify for free shipping automatically.
Eligibility for Largo, Florida
Phi Naturals is based in Largo, Florida. Their shipping policy explicitly states that free shipping applies to orders shipping within the contiguous United States. Largo is located in Pinellas County, which is part of the contiguous US. Therefore, customers in Largo are fully eligible for the free shipping benefit. The policy excludes Hawaii, Alaska, and US territories. It also excludes orders that contain only free samples. For customers in Largo, the delivery time for standard shipping is typically 4 to 10 days.
Local Advantages
Because the company is headquartered in Largo, local customers may experience faster processing times. The products are packaged and shipped from their facility in Largo. This local presence can sometimes lead to quicker dispatch compared to companies shipping from distant warehouses. The 90-day money-back guarantee also applies to these orders, providing additional peace of mind for local buyers.
Calculating Your Order Total
Step-by-Step Calculation
Shipping Options and Timelines
Standard shipping is the only option that qualifies for the free shipping promotion. If you choose priority shipping, you will pay a small fee regardless of your order total. Standard shipping typically arrives within 4 to 10 business days. Priority shipping is faster but incurs an additional cost. For most customers, standard shipping is sufficient and cost-effective. The tracking information is provided once the order is shipped. You can monitor the delivery status through your account or via email updates.
Return Policy
If you are not satisfied with your Ashwagandha capsules, you can return them within 90 days. The return policy is no-questions-asked. If the return is due to a company error, such as a defective item, Phi Naturals will cover the return shipping costs. If you are simply unhappy with the product, you are responsible for the return shipping cost. This generous return policy complements the free shipping offer by reducing the risk of your purchase.
