Phi Naturals offers free standard shipping on all orders over $35 within the contiguous United States, including Largo, FL. This guide explains how that threshold applies to ashwagandha capsules, details the product specifications, and outlines the retailer's broader shipping and return policies for customers in the region.
Free Shipping Thresholds
Understanding shipping costs is a critical part of the total purchase price for online supplement buyers. Phi Naturals operates a straightforward policy to encourage larger orders and reduce per-unit shipping costs for customers. The primary threshold for complimentary delivery is set at a specific cart value.
The $35 Minimum Requirement
Standard vs. Priority Shipping
Once the $35 threshold is met, standard shipping is provided at no additional cost. These orders typically arrive within 4 to 10 business days. If a customer requires faster delivery, they may upgrade to Priority shipping for a small fee. This option is available regardless of whether the free shipping threshold has been met, though the base cost of the order still determines eligibility for the free standard tier.
Ashwagandha Capsules
Ashwagandha is a widely recognized adaptogenic herb used to support stress response and energy levels. Phi Naturals offers a specific formulation of this supplement that is designed for quality and efficacy. Understanding the product details helps customers determine if it fits their health goals and how it interacts with shipping policies.
Product Specifications and Sourcing
The Phi Naturals Ashwagandha Organic Herbal Supplement is 100% certified organic. The root is sourced from organic farms in India and encapsulated in the USA at state-of-the-art facilities. Each bottle contains 90 capsules, with each capsule providing 500mg of ashwagandha extract. The extract is a 4:1 ratio, meaning each 3-capsule serving is equivalent to 6,000 mg of the whole ashwagandha root. This concentration ensures that the most active parts of the plant are delivered to the user.
Health Benefits and Usage
Ashwagandha is known for its ability to decrease cortisol, the major stress hormone. It supports the body's stress response, increases stamina, and may boost muscle strength. The suggested use is to take 1 capsule two to three times daily. Because the product is sold at $14.99 per bottle, a single bottle does not meet the $35 free shipping threshold on its own. Customers typically need to purchase at least three bottles to qualify for free standard shipping.
Retailer Shipping Policies
Phi Naturals, based in Largo, FL, maintains clear policies regarding shipping, returns, and customer support. These policies ensure transparency and reliability for customers across the United States. The company is founded by two chiropractors, Dr. Rick Argall and Dr. France Carpentier, who emphasize product quality and customer experience.
Shipping Logistics and International Restrictions
Phi Naturals can ship to virtually any address in the world, but there are restrictions on some products. International shipping is subject to customs policies, and the company does not refund international shipping if customs refuses the package. For domestic orders, shipping rates for many items are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page, and all weights are rounded up to the next full pound to reflect shipping company policies.
Returns and Refund Process
Customers may return items within 90 days of delivery for a full refund. If the return is due to a company error, such as receiving an incorrect or defective item, Phi Naturals will pay the return shipping costs. If a customer is simply unhappy with the product, they can still return it for a refund of the item purchased. Refunds are typically processed within four weeks of giving the package to the return shipper. This period includes transit time (5 to 10 business days), processing time (3 to 5 business days), and bank processing time (5 to 10 business days).
